Community Grants
Helping
the community stay well is a vital part of our
Mission. Through programs such as free bicycle
helmets to neighborhood children and funding to
prevent young children from becoming smokers, we
help people maintain their health and safety.
We believe that community wellness begins with
the community involvement. We support local
wellness and accident prevention activities
through small grants for activities such as
community health fairs, health screenings,
educational programs, and seminars. Grants
range from $1,000 to $10,000, and are
awarded
annually based on merit, community impact and
fund availability.
If you are a teacher in a local school, a civic
leader organizing a wellness activity or a
provider of prevention services in the community
surrounding Jeanes Hospital, you are welcome to
apply for a grant to start or continue your
program.
